Both deductive and inductive coding methodologies will be used to link similar codes to broader themes based on significant phrases, concepts, and ideas present in the transcripts [44]. Themes will be reviewed and refined through discussions among the research team to ensure consistency and reliability. The primary outcome will evaluate the impact of the BPA intervention on patients’ progression of ADT use using a generalized linear mixed model to account for matched pairs and random center effects.

During the same Zoom call, electronic consent was also obtained once the research team member emailed participants the secure baseline data collection web link and a unique login and password. The baseline data collection questionnaire was programmed so that participants were unable to proceed until they selected “Yes” for consent. The research team member stayed on the call while the participants completed the baseline questionnaire.
