Collaboration Routines and Workflows in a National Electronic Prescription System: Qualitative Study
Subsequently, questions such as “How familiar are you with e-prescription?” and follow-up questions about the type of experience HCPs had with EPs were asked. The interviews ranged from 17 to 80 minutes, with most interviews lasting for an average of 30 minutes. All interviews were audio recorded and transcribed verbatim by the first author. The transcripts and field notes were written in Norwegian to maintain proximity to the data during analysis.
