It is also estimated that 20% of the aged population in Asia [2], and 16.6% of older adults in Hong Kong, are frail [3]. Frailty affects various aspects of older adults’ lives, including gait, mobility, balance, muscle strength, motor processing, cognition, nutrition, endurance, and physical activity (PA) [4]. Importantly, high levels of frailty increase the risks of adverse health outcomes such as falls, hospitalization, and mortality [5].
