Ethical authorization to conduct the research was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of the Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria Fundación Jiménez Díaz (CEI_PIC321-23_FJD). All participants gave written consent before participating in this study. To ensure anonymity and confidentiality, a code was assigned to each participant in the FGs and reflective narratives. Participants were recruited through an open call disseminated through institutional channels, including emails and posters.
