Use of ChatGPT for Urinary Symptom Management Among People With Spinal Cord Injury or Disease: Qualitative Study

First, our sample was limited to individuals with SCI/D who had extensive experience managing urinary symptoms and were predominantly White (27/30) and technologically proficient (29/30 comfortable with technology). Despite recruitment efforts through multiple platforms, including advocacy groups, social media, and clinical networks, the study sample lacked racial and ethnic diversity. Thus, findings may not be generalizable to newly diagnosed patients or those with less experience in symptom management.
