Diagnosis of stage I-III invasive breast cancer in the previous 5 years.
Female gender.
Clinically significant insomnia symptoms, defined as a T-score ≥55 on the Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS) Sleep Disturbance 8a.
Self-report of insomnia symptoms lasting ≥3 months.
Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0-2, indicating the ability to perform activities of daily living.
Owns a smartphone with internet connectivity.
