The total COVID-19 stressor score at follow-up was greater for LGBTQ+ participants than for non-LGBTQ+ participants (mean 8.5, SD 4.4 vs mean 6.6, SD 4.2; t183=2.42; P=.02). For 2 weeks before follow-up, LGBTQ+ participants did not differ significantly from non-LGBTQ+ participants in depression (mean PHQ-2 score 1.8, SD 1.6 vs 1.4, SD 1.3; t183=1.77; P=.08) or anxiety (mean GAD-2 score 2.1, SD 2.0 vs 1.6, SD 1.5; t180=1.41; P=.16).

A Bonferroni correction was applied to all P values by multiplying each P value by 4, the number of tests conducted, to correct for multiple comparisons; a P value less than .05 was considered statistically significant after correction.
Timelines of OARS use were also described for MOUD providers and case managers. All analyses were conducted in R (version 4.2.1; R Foundation for Statistical Computing). All qualitative data were analyzed using a coding reliability thematic analysis approach [16].

As part of the project, a scoping review (Raszke P, unpublished data, April 2025) was conducted to collect fundamental evidence. On the basis of the results, we conducted interviews with experts to further investigate the following questions: (1) What problems and barriers hinder the integration of AI-based CDSS into health care? (2) What approaches might be used to enhance the quality of AI-based CDSS and their integration into care?

Figure 1 shows the distribution of perceived xingfu and happiness scores. As both perceived xingfu and happiness peaked at scores of 7 (22%) and 8 (23%); therefore, perceived xingfu ≥7 was classified as high perceived xingfu in the logistic regression model.
