Safety and Efficacy of Modular Digital Psychotherapy for Social Anxiety: Randomized Controlled Trial

To address accessibility and work toward a modular targeted therapy, we developed a web-only, modular i CBT program based on the therapy by Clark and Wells [10]. In it, separate modules target each of the core cognitive components in the standard treatment, including negative beliefs, self-focused attention, rumination, and avoidance behaviors [30]. Challenging negative beliefs helps individuals develop more balanced views about themselves.
