Since 2020, led by YM, SA, and B Lebouché, an innovative chatbot named Minimal Anti Retro Viral INterference (now named MARVIN) has been in development for people with HIV. Through a co-design approach involving patients and stakeholders, MARVIN aims to facilitate antiretroviral therapy self-management. The authors’ team subsequently trialed the MARVIN chatbot among people with HIV and validated its usability and acceptability [32].
