The cohort of 134 patients with hypothyroidism joined the sessions from different geographical locations in India, including Andhra Pradesh (n=10, 7.5%), Gujarat (n=13, 9.7%), Karnataka (n=32, 23.9%), Madhya Pradesh (n=9, 6.7%), Maharashtra (n=22, 16.4%), New Delhi (n=22, 16.4%), Tamil Nadu (n=15, 11.2%), and West Bengal (n=11, 8.2%).

Within the 35 participating schools, 376 classes were randomized to either the intervention (n=186, 49.5%) or control (n=190, 50.5%) condition.
We used a facilitated access approach by proactively offering intervention participation during school hours. Combining mobile interventions with proactive contacting is crucial to maximize the reach and representativeness of the sample [40], particularly for those not yet planning to change their behavior [41].

As of February 2024, we have completed the focus group with clinicians (n=12) and patients (n=7) in phase one. Data have not been analyzed formally and will be reported in a future publication. Preliminary analysis from the clinician group suggested that the current Mo C needs to be improved after further involvement from stakeholders, such as patients, carers, researchers, funding representatives, and policy and decision makers for future practice.

Respondents in this study endorsed monitoring their physical activity, nutrition, and sleep patterns as the main reasons for engaging in self-tracking, and over 65% reported that this had allowed them to be better informed of their general health (n=387/580, 66.6%) and to maintain or improve their health condition (n=398/580, 68.5%).
