Specific issues around detection bias were noted in trials by He et al [40], Humphries et al [34], and Clays et al [24], who explicitly stated that blinding was not implemented due to the behavioral nature of interventions. This lack of blinding raises concerns about potential bias in outcome measurement, as participants and data assessors may have been influenced by knowledge of intervention assignments. Selection bias was consistently rated as low across all studies.
