A detailed summary of app development and clinical outcomes is reported in the study by Wilhelm et al [27]; key findings are shared here. As described in the primary trial paper [27], participants self-reported using the app or practicing CBT skills (on or off the app) for a median of 50 (IQR 30-60; week 4) or 60 (IQR 30-90; week 8) minutes per week; participants accessed the app on an average of 36.8 (SD 10) days.
