I have no symptoms of burnout” (no burnout), (2) “Occasionally I am under stress, and I don’t always have as much energy as I once did, but I don’t feel burned out” (low burnout), (3) “I am definitely burning out and have one or more symptoms of burnout such as physical and emotional exhaustion” (mild burnout), (4) “The symptoms of burnout that I’m experiencing won’t go away.

The Clinical Global Impression Scale (CGI)
It is used to measure clinical impressions of severity (CGI-S) [61] and impressions of overall improvement since the start of support programs (CGI-I). Clinicians respond to a single item for each subscale, ranging from 1 (not at all ill or very much improved) to 7 (among the most extremely ill patients or very much worse since the initiation of treatment).
