Brichetto et al [64] found that PROs and clinician-assessed outcomes could be used to build accurate models of MS disease course prediction (ie, transition between a relapsing-remitting form to a secondary progressive form). In addition, PROs and clinician-assessed outcomes, alone or integrated with other indexes such as magnetic resonance imaging outcomes and biomarkers, could help the decision-making process of clinicians in their daily practice.
