Specifically, studies with larger sample sizes and longer follow-up periods are needed to evaluate the long-term effectiveness and sustainability of VR-complemented PR. Developing standardized VR protocols that define exercise intensity, frequency, duration, and content would help reduce heterogeneity and improve the comparability of results across studies.

Alternatively, the scan report can be generated by hand or by other tools, so long as the resulting scan report file (an Excel file containing multiple sheets) has the correct structure.
The scan report details the tables and fields of the dataset, along with values present in each field. The Carrot data standards [22] instruct the data partner in the correct setup of the White Rabbit tool to ensure identifying data is not inadvertently present in the scan report.

Some participants reported that it was challenging to find time to view the videos, which are typically 8-10 minutes long. Although many participants found that the video lessons fit well into their lives, a small portion of study participants reported that it was challenging to keep up with the video lessons (and other digital tools) due to the time commitment required outside of synchronous therapy sessions.

The COVID-19 pandemic will influence health and well-being long after the threat of severe illness subsides. Documenting how the profound personal and social changes of the pandemic influenced health risk behaviors in the early months of the crisis can reveal facilitators and barriers to health promotion, help us contextualize and interpret behavioral trends as they unfold in the years following, and suggest future communication interventions during crises.
