Implementation Outcomes of Reusable Learning Objects in Health Care Education Across Three Malaysian Universities: Evaluation Using the RE-AIM Framework

Among the 7622 global users, the majority (n=6817, 89.4%) were from Malaysia, while 10.6% (n=805) were from other countries. Desktop computers were the predominant devices used to access RLOs (6045/7622, 79.3%); 20.7% (1577/7622) used portable devices such as mobile phones or tablets. The number of users for each RLO varied from 92 to 1014 (Table 3).

A Gamified mHealth App to Promote Physical Activity and Reduce Sedentary Behavior in Autistic Adults: Protocol for a Remotely Delivered Pilot Intervention Study

We will perform data analyses using SPSS v29 (IBM Corp), and the significance level will be set at P Phase I of the project, community-based participatory design workshops (n=9; 4/9, 44% women) was recently concluded. The findings revealed that key autism stakeholders highly valued the app’s self-monitoring and step tracking feature, leaderboard, and visual design. These features were perceived to enhance their perceived motivation for PA engagement and fostered a sense of friendly competition among users.

Barriers and Enablers to Routine Clinical Implementation of Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device Remote Monitoring in Australia Among Cardiologists, Cardiac Physiologists, Nurses, and Patients: Interview Study

The mean patient age was 73.1 (SD 10.7) years, and the majority were male (n=12, 75%) and born in Australia (n=12, 75%). Pacemakers (n=8, 50%) were the most common CIED type, and the mean duration of RM was 4.3 (SD 2.6) years. The mean cardiologist age was 46.2 (SD 6.3) years, and the majority were male (n=9, 90%), subspecialized in electrophysiology (n=7, 70%), had a mean duration of 12.3 (SD 6.6) years as a cardiologist, and a mean duration of 7.7 (3.6) years managing patients with RM.

It categorizes personalities into 16 types based on cognitive preferences and information processing styles, using 4 dichotomies: Extraversion (E)–Introversion (I), Sensing (S)–Intuition (N), Thinking (T)–Feeling (F), and Judging (J)–Perceiving (P). MBTI is widely used to understand interpersonal relationships, decision-making styles, and job performance [10]. However, its focus on static personality classifications can limit its ability to reflect situational flexibility [9].

More than half were physicians in training, with 17 (59%) describing themselves as residents or fellows in PGY2 (n=7, 41%), PGY3 (n=9, 53%), or PGY4 (n=1, 6%). Participants described their practice areas as internal medicine (16/29, 55%), family practice (11/29, 38%), or other (2/29, 7%). Most reported that their practice or training setting was an academic-affiliated hospital (17/29, 59%) or community-based and owned by an academic medical center (7/29, 24%).
