Efficacy of a Self-Guided Internet Intervention With Optional On-Demand Feedback Versus Digital Psychoeducation on Sleep Hygiene for University Students With Insomnia: Randomized Controlled Trial

Participants in the i CBT-I group did not show significantly lower ISI scores compared to the a CG at T2 (i CBT-I: mean 11.27, SD 5.21; a CG: mean 12.36, SD 4.16; F1,989.03=1.12; P=.29). At T3, insomnia symptom severity was significantly lower in the i CBT-I group than in the a CG group (i CBT-I: mean 9.43, SD 5.36; mean 12.44, SD 5.39; F1,426.15=4.72; P=.03) with a moderate effect (d=−0.57; 95% CI 1.07-0.06). The ITT ANCOVA results are depicted in Table 3.

Enhancing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Quality Using a Smartwatch: Neural Network Approach for Algorithm Development and Validation

Enhancing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Quality Using a Smartwatch: Neural Network Approach for Algorithm Development and Validation

The results showed P values of 2.69×10⁻³⁶ and 2.80×10⁻⁴⁵, respectively, indicating that both datasets deviated significantly from normality. Given this, Spearman rank correlation was chosen to measure the relationship between expected versus predicted depth and compression counts since it does not assume normality. Variation in compression depth and compression rate among three participants over 100 seconds of CPR performance.
