Primary sites were extracted using the ICD-O-3 (International Classification of Diseases for Oncology, Third Edition) topographic codes (C11.0‐11.9; C30.0‐31.9). Patients with incomplete data across the clinicodemographic variables were excluded from respective analyses necessitating those variates.
Demographics tables were grouped by DII scores delineated by a natural break (Jenks) classifications of “Lowest,” “Lower,” “Middle,” “Higher” and “Highest.”
