Exercise interventions for older adults encompass a variety of methods, including yoga, breathing exercises, meditation, Baduanjin, Western gymnastics, 24-form Tai Chi, aerobic exercises, outdoor activities, balance, strength, and resistance training [4,5,7]. These interventions typically last 12 weeks, with sessions ranging from 30 to 90 minutes, 2 to 5 times per week, with 3 sessions per week being the most common frequency.
