The following feedback from a participant at 2 study time points illustrates this view: I want to talk more about myself, share my emotions more during the therapy. I feel Innowell will help me communicate this to [my psychiatrist]. [My psychiatrist] never talked about it [Innowell] but I'm just doing it because of this trial… but it’s not that helpful. Talking with a real person, like now, would be inherently better. It’s just a website now, so I'm just inputting the data, like on auto-mode.
