In Section F in Multimedia Appendix 1 the sample was compared with (1) a sample where the first OQ-45 measurement was within 30 days of intake instead of the main analysis in which the first OQ-45 measurement available was selected and (2) a sample where the time window of the second OQ-45 measurement was at least 60 days instead of 90 days.
