The full interview schedule was published in the study by Workman et al [19]; the interview schedule components relevant to the results presented in this paper are provided in Multimedia Appendix 1. All interviews were conducted via telephone or a web-based conferencing platform because of COVID-19 restrictions. With participants’ permission, all interviews were recorded to verify the accuracy of the transcripts.
