Social Media Use and Oral Health–Related Misconceptions in Saudi Arabia: Cross-Sectional Study
Poisson regression is used to report the mean ratio and adjusted mean ratio (AMR) of oral health misconceptions (outcome) by the engagement with oral health information and self-reported oral health (exposure variables). Poisson regression was chosen because it is suitable for modeling count data, particularly when the outcome variable represents a frequency count of misconceptions per participant.
