To understand the profile of patients who attended coaching, sociodemographic information and clinical comorbidity data were obtained from all participants at sites in the study’s coaching arm and were descriptively summarized and compared by coaching attendance status using chi-square and 2-sample t tests that accounted for possible unequal variance.
