Wearable Artificial Intelligence for Sleep Disorders: Scoping Review

To validate AI model performance, most studies used a train-test split and K-fold cross-validation (21/46, 46%). The most commonly used metric for evaluating AI algorithms was accuracy (34/46, 74%), followed by sensitivity (29/46, 63%) and specificity (27/46, 59%). Multimedia Appendices 8 and 9 provide details on AI model characteristics in each cited study.
